Green Juice

Technically this is more of a green smoothie, because I do not "juice" the greens, but rather blend them all in my Vitamix. I drink this daily and have been doing so for about 1.5 years. An easy way to get a huge amount of greens in for the day, not to mention the anti-inflammatory benefits and rocking amount of energy you feel after consuming it! Recipe below! 1. Handful or 2 of spinach 2. Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

If you are craving chocolate AND energy but don't want the guilt of candy, this is your solution! Super easy and yummy and you more than likely have all of the ingredients at home. Here's my recipe: 1. 1 1/2 cups almond milk 2. 1/2 avocado 3. 1 frozen banana (or just add crushed ice with banana) 4. 2 TBSP raw cacao powder 5. 1 TBSP raw honey 6. 1 date (optional but so yummy) Blend on high and enjoy! #chocolate #dessert #proteinshake #protein #avocado

Everyone knows I LOVE Anthony William, aka the Medical Medium. His books are incredibly informative and life changing! I will link to his books below- you really must have them all! I started celery juicing about 6 months ago, and have seen incredible results for my gut health which led to healthier skin as well. It is a little bitter at first, but if you juice your celery directly from the cold fridge and drink it cold, it is not bad at all. Red Lentil Linguini with Avocado Marina

Another super easy, high protein and iron, fast vegan meal! I don't have a lot of time to cook dinner, since most days I am at the studio until past dinner time. But this is a quick and easy spin on a regular spaghetti recipe, but far more nutritious! Here's my recipe: 1. POW red lentil linguini pasta 2. Victoria avocado oil marina 3. Sliced mushrooms 4. Minced garlic 5. Vegan butter 6. Avocado While boiling the linguini, saute the mushrooms in butter and garlic. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the jar of marina to warm everything together. Top marina mixture on the linguini and then add slices of fresh avocado. #dinner #pasta #avocado #redlentils

Liza's 10 min Vegan Tacos

Ok, let's be honest, I basically LIVE on these. I probably make them 4 out of 7 nights at home. But they are SOOO good! And super easy and fast! I like to pair them with a HUGE green salad of spinach, green/red leaf lettuce, black beans, avocado, hemp seeds, my fave dressing Tessemae's Lemon Garlic, Himalayan Sea Salt, and whatever other raw/cooked veggies I have on hand. Here's my recipe: 1. Siete Almond Flour Tortillas 2. Shredded vegan cheese 3. Black Beans 4. Pico de gallo 5. Avocado slices 6. Frank's Red Hot 7. Himalayan sea salt Warm up the flour tortilla in a pan with vegan butter (I use Earth Balance) until cheese is melted. Add rest of ingredients and fold into taco. Pair with

Glowing Spiced Lentil Soup

I can't tell you how many times I have made this soup, too many to count! It's so good and so easy to make; I always keep all of the ingredients stocked in my pantry/fridge so I can be ready in a jam:) Make sure you don't sub out any of the spices! Cardamon is possibly not a staple spice in your pantry, but don't try to be fancy and sub it out- it's a key ingredient to the flavor!
