A client favorite! This is an easy go to snack for post workout, late afternoon snack or an evening guilt free sweet treat! Cinnamon Protein Bites ¾ cup gluten free oats ¼ cup ground flax ½ cup vanilla protein (I use Plant Fusion) ½ cup coconut flour 1 tbsp cinnamon ½ tbsp cinnamon sugar 1 tsp butter extract (optional) 1 tsp cinnamon extract 1/3 cup almond butter (or peanut butter) 1/3 cup honey Mix all dry ingredients first.
