Liza's 10 min Vegan Tacos
Ok, let's be honest, I basically LIVE on these. I probably make them 4 out of 7 nights at home. But they are SOOO good! And super easy and fast! I like to pair them with a HUGE green salad of spinach, green/red leaf lettuce, black beans, avocado, hemp seeds, my fave dressing Tessemae's Lemon Garlic, Himalayan Sea Salt, and whatever other raw/cooked veggies I have on hand.

Here's my recipe:
1. Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
2. Shredded vegan cheese
3. Black Beans
4. Pico de gallo
5. Avocado slices
6. Frank's Red Hot
7. Himalayan sea salt
Warm up the flour tortilla in a pan with vegan butter (I use Earth Balance) until cheese is melted. Add rest of ingredients and fold into taco. Pair with green side salad.
